“Books of Hanoi” is a simple puzzle game to clear up scattered books.

At the 2013 "Forum for graphical expression and science of art" held by the three academic societies "Academic Society for Graphic Information Media", "Academic Society for Electronic Graphics" and "Academic Society for the Science of Art", this game received the "Industry Prize" (sponsored by Wakom Company).

■What is “Books of Hanoi”

A Puzzle game to clear up scattered books in descending order. There is the one, simple rule that you can NOT put on a longer book on a shorter book. The rule is based on a traditional puzzle game “Tower of Hanoi”

This traditional puzzle is well known as an intellectual toy for children. And a recursive algorithm is useful for solving it, so it is often used as a teaching problem for discussing recursive programming.

■How to play

Tap a book you want to move, and you can drag it to another box of the bookshelf.
To clear a stage, you put a short book on a longer book with consideration for the order, carefully. Once all the books are rearranged in the order of their length, the stage is cleared.
